01.Air Pollution Control
The flue gas generated by incineration, mainly containing particulate pollutants, sulfur oxides, hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides and other substances. Because the plant design combustion furnace is adjusted at 950℃~ 1050℃, which can effectively destroy and decompose the pollutants and through lime slurry and powder activated carbon, the emission can comply with regulations standards.
02.Odor control
The refuse bunker is closed in design, and the incinerators utilizes air by reusing from the refuse bunker, the result creates a negative air pressure, which the air circulation will continuously drawn from outside into the bunker, therefore the odor will be contained within the furnace combustion will not expose to the public.
03.Noise control
In addition to the lower noise of the factory machinery and equipment, through different construction method, the Plant is almost a complete closure to public; the cover can effectively absorb noise and sound within the plant.
04.Ash treatment
Fly ash and bottom ash generated by the combustion are stored in the Plant. After strict regulatory inspection, the fly ash will go through the solidification and stabilization treatment process to meet all standards. Upon stabilizing the flying ash and bottom ash, the ash will be transferred to landfill site for final disposal.
05.Waste Collection
The east side of Plant is the entrance for trash trucks connecting with Provincial Highway #1 and Provincial Highway no.20, routes providing two-way waste transport
